Cavtek began on July 16, 2010, as a small side venture built during late nights and spare hours. By 2013, it became my full-time mission—to create a dependable, security-focused I.T. partner that businesses could trust. Jose Caballero — Founder & CEO
Jose brings over twenty years of experience supporting organizations across government, engineering, construction, pharmaceutical, and renewable energy sectors. Before launching Cavtek full-time, he spent years working directly with government facilities and high-security environments, gaining deep expertise in compliance, infrastructure management, and advanced cybersecurity practices.
His work has included everything from modernizing legacy systems and securing multi-site operations to guiding organizations through complex technical challenges.
